The Wine Machine team has worked tirelessly in unprecedented conditions to reschedule the remaining VIC/ACT/WA events to the revised October dates, with which on-going conversations with local stakeholders have been productive. Thankfully, since the inception of Wine Machine we have proudly promoted almost entirely Australian lineups which has allowed for us to continue despite the uncertainty around international travel.
Ticketholders were advised Friday 13 March of the postponement. While within our rights to reschedule, we understand there will be some for whom the new dates are an impossibility and to date we have accommodated a small percentage of refunds requests of this nature.
After a 2 month window, we are finalising any further refund requests to provide certainty for the event (and for our artists, suppliers and most importantly to our guests). The deadline for any final refund requests is Friday 15 May. Please send us the details of your refund request for the ticketing team to review and your ticket details and we will come back to you.
If, subsequent to this date, your circumstances change and you wish to sell your ticket you may still do so through our official re-sale facility which will come online shortly.

We too are counting down the days until we can see you again – as we’re all in this together and it is together that we shall get through this.
