To make sure you’re prepared, we’ve pulled together this hit-list for you – just grab your pen and paper and get ready to tick things off as you get ready for the Best. Chardy. Ever!
TRANSPORT
Have you sorted your transport to and from the festival yet?
Wine Machine is located in the Swan Valley, so please be prepared and make sure you have your transport sorted ahead of time!
NEED TO BOOK A BUS?
We have buses running from East Perth Train Station and Stirling Train Station on Saturday, with departure times at 12:30 PM, 1:00 PM and 2:00 PM. To access these buses, you MUST have a bus ticket.
If you need to book your bus tickets, please be quick!! Bus sales close at 6:00 PM on Thursday (tomorrow). All bus tickets are inclusive of the return trips.
COMING ON A PARTY BUS OR VAN?

DRIVING?
For those who have committed to being designated driver, there will be limited car spaces available at the event. Once you arrive, please follow the signs and directions of our friendly team!
Please be aware that there are thousands of people descending upon Oakover Grounds, so please be patient and plan for slightly longer wait times.

WHAT TO BRING
Your ID:
Current Australian drivers license, Current passport or Government Issued Proof of Age Card.
Your Ticket:
Either as a PDF ticket on your smart phone or a printed version. Make sure the barcode is visible!
Credit/Debit card:
Wine Machine is completely cashless! Please bring your credit or debit cards or make sure your phone is fully charged if you plan to use Apple/Google Pay.
Hats & Jumpers:
Be prepared for all weather options! The weather forecast is looking SUNNY so bring a hat, but despite the warm days, Perth can get very chilly at night. Bring along a jumper or jacket so you can stay warm and keep enjoying yourself late into the night!
Water Bottles:
We’ll have plenty of free water stations located around the festival site, so please bring along an empty water bottle to use throughout the day. But no glass or metal!

CLOAK ROOM / LOST & FOUND
Crafted a stunning masterpiece at Pinot & Picasso but don’t want to ruin it while dancing? Brought along a jacket but want to keep your hands free for wine holding while the suns out? We’ve got you!
Head to the cloakroom and you can store your items for only $5 for the day!
Plus, if you’ve lost and item or found an item that you want to hand in, the cloakroom is the place to go!
