This Gold Coast producer keeps a ‘Savage’ Pace with his live sets – bad-ass back up dancers and guest vocalists to boot. And the tunes? Just made for a sunshiney day with bright blue skies overhead.

Mikey Perry, better known as Paces, kicked off 2015 in typical swag-lord style, waltzing into triple j’s Hottest 100 at number 100 with his Tkay Maidza collab, ‘Switch Lanes’. This was quickly followed up by his hit single ‘Nothing’s Forever’, which featured vocals from Perth artist Kučka. Off the back of this success, Paces hit the road with a sold out tour.
2016 brought the release of his debut album Vacation, featuring the tropical jam ‘1993 (No Chill)’ with Jess Kent, and #1 male Australian solo artist Guy Sebastian, who Paces brought into the Triple J to perform a live performance for ‘Like A Version’. The unlikely pairing was a landmark success with their cover of LDRU’s ‘Keeping Score’ being the 3rd was engaged performance in Like A Version’s five year history. Guy later performed with Paces at ‘Splendour In The Grass’ packing out the 10,000 person stage.
Paces kicks off 2017 with the release of brand new single – Savage – Hot Dub Wine Machiners will be among the first audiences to experience it live!
