Wine Machine is an 18+ event
Head to our website; www.wine-machine.com and follow the prompts.
Gates open at 1pm and the festival ends at 10pm.
Wine Machine does have wheelchair access, however, please be mindful that the event is set upon natural terrain and can be uneven at times. We have put provisions in place to best accommodate for people with disabilities, but so we can do our best to meet your needs, please email cellarmaster@wine-machine.com with and special requirements you may have or for any further information.
Wine Machine does not allow you to leave the event and then come back in (also known as a “pass out”).
No. All the bars are cashless, so please ensure you bring along your visa/mastercard credit or debit card (or ensure your phone has enough battery if you’re using Apple/Google pay)
No. No drinks are permitted into the festival, except for a sealed or empty water bottle
We will have a delicious selection of beverages available on the day, across all our bars! For more information on what drinks will be on offer, stay tuned to our socials.
Yes! We are more than happy for you to bring in either a sealed or empty water bottle into the event.
We will have plenty of water stations available around the site for you to refill your bottle throughout the day.
Please note, no other sealed drinks will be permitted in, such as; soft drinks, sports drinks, energy drinks etc.
We will have a range of high quality food stalls and trucks catering to all dietary requirements at all of our Wine Machine locations. Stay tuned to our socials for more info on what food you can expect to find at your Wine Machine event!
No food will be permitted into the event. We have an extensive range of food vendors at all shows, catering to all dietary requirements.
If you have a medical condition that requires you to bring along your own food, please drop an email to us at cellarmaster@wine-machine.com to gain prior approval for a smooth entry process.
Wine Machine does not condone drug use, or any behaviour that may knowingly cause harm to an individual.
Police sniffer dogs regularly operate at Wine Machine, so please don’t bring anything with you that will prevent you from enjoying the festival.
If you’re feeling unwell, or see someone who might need assistance, please reach out to the closest medical team member, security or event staff immediately. Our team are here to help, without judgement.
Please send an email to cellarmaster@wine-machine.com to advise of the medication you will be bringing, so that we can ensure a smooth entry process for you.
If your medication requires storage/refrigeration, please see our first aid tent immediately after arrival so you can make arrangement with the team for you medication.
Yes it is! Wine Machine accommodates for people with accessibility requirements, is wheelchair accessible and supports the companion program.

Professional cameras, and any camera with a detachable lens, are not permitted. You can, however, bring in a small point and shoot camera, a disposable camera and your smart phone.
Unfortunately not. There is a range of accommodation options available nearby to each of our shows. We recommend taking a look at the visitor information websites for your location to get more information on accommodation options in the area.
Yes, but bars will be cashless. Food vendors and market stalls will take cash and card.
Absolutely! We’ll have a range of Wine Machine and artist merch available at the event. Head to the merch tent on the day to pick up your new threads! Both cash and card payments will be accepted.
Yes! The location for lost & found is slightly different at each festival. Please look out for the signs pointing you in the right direction on the day.
If you lose something at the event, head to the Facebook event page and our socials for information on who to contact about Lost & Found.
Wine Machine will go ahead rain, wind or shine - unless weather conditions become extreme and dangerous and pose a serious risk to the safety of patrons, artists and crew.
There’s no official dress code, but Wine Machine patrons are known for getting a little dressed up!
We will have a few paid and volunteer positions available at each of our Wine Machine shows. Please email cellarmaster@wine-machine.com and be sure to include the event you’re interested in working at, along with your CV.

There will be full medical facilities available on site. The First Aid tents will be easily visible, but if you have any trouble finding them, don’t hesitate to ask one of our friendly staff for assistance.
MEDIA FAQS
Media accreditation will only be granted to members of the media who represent recognised and legitimate media organisations.
Freelance journalists and photographers will only be granted accreditation if they are working on behalf of a recognised and legitimate media outlet. All applications will be checked with editors.
Please note, there is limited availability for media accreditation requests.

You will be notified by the Wine Machine team within 2 weeks of the event date.
Information on how to collect your pass and/or reviewer ticket will be emailed to you in the lead up to the event.

Yes! As long as there are still VIP tickets available at the time of your enquiry, we are happy to swap your ticket type over. Please email help@iwannaticket.com.au and our ticketing team will be able to assist you.
You can purchase a maximum of 10 tickets per transaction.

As per the terms and conditions of purchase, we do not offer refunds.
Of course! Please change the name on the ticket by clicking the link found in the confirmation email you received at the time of purchase.
To combat inflated ticket scalping, Wine Machine will only recognise tickets which are re-sold at default face value through our official ticket re-sale facility, Tixel.

As an 18+ event, you will need to bring at least one of the following forms of photo ID to be permitted into the festival.
- Current Australian drivers license
- Current passport
- Government issued Proof of Age Card
- Victorian Keypass
- International Drivers License (must contain a photograph)
Please remember, if you are not feeling well, have any flu like symptoms or are waiting on a PCR test result to please stay home.
While at the festival, please be mindful of other patrons’ space, wash your hands after you go to the loo and use the hand sanitiser provided throughout the site.
Travel / transport FAQs:
We have bus transfers arranged for each Wine Machine location. For more information on the buses routes, times and prices specific to your location, please click through to your relevant ticketing page.
All buses will depart from your selected location at your selected departure time and head to the festival.
Please ensure you arrive at the pick up location at least 15mins prior to your departure time, and have your bus ticket ready for scanning (printed ticket or PDF on your smart phone). No refunds will be given if you miss the bus.

All buses will depart from the event back to the same location you were picked up.
Departures will commence from 9:30pm and depart at frequent intervals on a fill-and-go system.

At the end of the night, your bus will be waiting at the same place you were dropped off. All buses will be dropping passengers off in the locations they were picked up form. Please make necessary arrangements from there.
In order to get on the bus, you will need to bring the following:
- Your Wine Machine bus ticket
- Your Wine Machine event ticket
- Valid 18+ ID
There is strictly no food/drinks allowed on the bus.
All bus ticket purchases are final. We do not swap bus tickets, nor do we refund them if you made a mistake.
Yes. You must purchase a ‘Private Bus/Van Pass’ on the ticketing page to ensure you can get dropped off at the event.
Each location is different. Please refer to the winery website for more information.
We highly recommend against this. Due to the location of each Wine Machine, there are not many taxis/ubers available. We recommend purchasing a return bus ticket which will guarantee your transport to and from the event from major cities.
