What happens if it rains?
The show must go on! The festival will run regardless of rain, wind or shine – unless weather conditions become extreme and dangerous and pose a serious risk to the safety of patrons and artists.

Is there a dress code?
No. However most people do dress really nicely, so you might want to put a bit of effort in. But it’s up to you!

Are there pass outs?
No. Unfortunately licensing prevents us from allowing pass-outs.

Is the event 18+
Yes.

What benefits does a VIP ticket give?
The VIP details for each event can be found by scrolling to the bottom of the ticket page for the event.

Can we bring food or bottled water to the event?
No food or drinks are allowed. There will be plenty of water stations and awesome food vendors in the site.

What are the times?
Each Wine Machine event has a different start and finish time. Please check facebook or the ticket page for the time for each city.

Set-times will be announced closer to the date.

Do the bars accept cash?
No. The bars are all cashless, you can pay with any Visa/Mastercard credit or debit card.

Is there wheelchair access?
Yes there is, however, please be mindful that the event is set upon natural terrain and is at times uneven. Wine Machine has put provisions in place to best accommodate for people with disabilities, but so we can do our best to meet your needs please email: [email protected] with any special requirements you may have or for further information.

Do you accept companion cards?

What form of ID will I need?
You will need one of the following IDs on arrival and on your person throughout the entire event:

•        Current valid Australian driver’s license (with photograph)
•        Current Passport
•        Government Issued Proof of Age Card
•        Victorian Keypass
•        International Driver’s License (must contain a photograph)

Will there be cash out facilities on site?
Yes but bars will be cashless. Food vendors will take cash and card.   

Will there be vegetarian & vegan food options?
Yes, we have an incredible range of high quality food stalls and trucks catering to all dietary requirements.

What items are banned from the festival?
Alcohol, glass (perfume bottles under 100ml are permitted), food, soft drinks, metal cutlery, bottle openers, cans, more than 100ml of liquid (sunscreen, perfume, makeup), hydration packs or bladders, skateboards, milk crates, containers of liquid fuel, water pistols, weapons, illegal drugs, fireworks, fire twirling devices, flares, professional recording devices, laser lights, studded clothing apparel, any other items considered illegal or dangerous, animals, umbrellas, eskys, backpacks larger than an A4 piece of paper, shopping trolleys, camping chairs, deck chairs, bean bags, air beds, tables, tents, sun shades, aerosols.

Will there be bag searches at the front gate?
It is a condition of entry to all Wine Machine events that a search of person or possessions may be required at the time of entry to the Venue. All bags are subject to a safety & security search upon entry. Any prohibited items will be confiscated & Wine Machine will not be responsible for them.

What type of camera can I bring?
You can bring anything from an iPhone to a disposable camera however we do not permit professional cameras of any kind. Any camera with a detachable lens is not permitted.

What medical facilities are available?
There will be full medical facilities available on site. Their tent will be easily visible on site. If you have any trouble finding our first aid tents, don’t hesitate to ask one of our friendly staff for assistance.

I have prescription medicines that need to be stored /refrigerated, is this possible?
Yes. Please see our first aid tent immediately after arrival so you can make arrangements for your medication.

TICKET INFORMATION

Do I need to change the name on the ticket if I give it to a friend?
Yes. You can change the name on the ticket at anytime by clicking the link found in the confirmation email attaching your ticket.

Can I have the ticket on my phone?
Yes. As long as the barcode is clearly legible.

Why can’t I sell my ticket on the Facebook event wall?
Sorry, we don’t allow tickets to be sold on the event wall. It clogs up the feed and prevents people from seeing important messages.

To combat inflated ticket scalping, Wine Machine will only recognise tickets re-sold at default face value through our Official Ticket Re-Sale Facility
